TL-MR3020 and ZTE MF710

Hi there, I tried to use the ZTE MF 710 with the TL-MR3020 to no success. The router is updated to the last firmware and the modem is brand new. The router declares the modem as “identified” but trying to connect is a waste of time. The led on the modem does not even blink. I tried both automatic configuration and manual configuration to no success. The same modem when connected to my computer works fine. Any idea if the two are in any way compatible?
